The company

Franciosi was established in 1986 from the dream of a family that embodies courage.

Coming from Rio Grande do Sul, with an innovative market vision, these pioneers believed in a region that was considered unproductive. And more than that, they persevered and invested in not only the growth of their businesses but also the entire area.

Through immense effort and dedication, the initial 300 hectares from the first year of work have now surpassed 81,900. Presently, Franciosi stands as a benchmark in the agricultural sector nationwide, driving the prosperity of the fields in Luís Eduardo Magalhães, state of Bahia, northeastern of Brazil and the entire MATOPIBA region.

Company Structure and Team

With a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees, Franciosi boasts a robust structure that drives its intensive production.

The highly specialized team, spanning various business segments from administration to field operations, is equipped with top-notch training and cutting-edge technological solutions tailored for the agricultural industry.

Notably, the company utilizes the finest system available in the international market for its control operations.

It is important to emphasize that, just as it believed in the potential of the lands in western Bahia from the beginning and remains faithful to Brazilian agribusiness, one of Franciosi’s main differentials lies in its investment in human capital.

That is, Franciosi places great emphasis on the development of its employees to strengthen both its business and the entire region encompassed by the company.

Throughout its history, numerous employees have forged their careers within Franciosi, and every member of the team undergoes continuous training to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Environmental Responsibility

Environmental Responsibility is a fundamental aspect of Franciosi's journey and operations, embedded within its organizational structure and processes.

The company's inception was precisely based on transforming native areas into productive ones while respecting the environment. After all, there is no other way to grow and produce more efficiently without the conscious use of natural resources.
